Family:	Nephropsidae
Description:	Average size 25-30cm overall. Whitish or pinkish with orange stripes at joints. Rostrum is long and upward curved with strong spines; large eyes.
Main Season:	Landed all year round.
Resource:	Small to moderate resource.
Characteristics:	Flesh translucent, white when cooked, firm texture, moist, delicate, sweet flavour.
